For e-commerce, we choose Shopify because of its user-friendly interface, long list of features, and its integration for managing products, payments, and shipping, making it the perfect platform for online stores.

How long will it take to design my website?

The website design process typically takes 2-4 weeks to complete. The time frame is subject to change based on the specific requirements of your project and your ability to provide us with the images and information needed for it.
What graphic design services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of graphic design services, including logo design, branding, social media graphics, email signatures, website graphics, and custom illustrations.
What is the graphic design process?

We follow this process: Initial consultation to understand your project. Design creation and presentation. Revisions (if needed). Final delivery of design files.
What is the time frame for a project?

The timeline depends on the complexity of the project. For example, a logo design may take 1-2 weeks, while larger branding packages can take 2-4 weeks or more.
What file formats will I receive for my final design?

You will receive the final design in commonly used image formats like JPEG and PNG. Vector files such as AI, EPS, and PDF will also be included.
Can you provide designs in print formats?

Yes! We provide physical services such as business cards, stickers, magnets, uniforms, merchandise (including t-shirts, hoodies, and hats), and onsite corflute signs.
How many revisions are included in a design project?

Our branding packages include up to 3 revisions per project. See our branding page for more information. For custom graphic projects, we have unlimited revisions to ensure you are satisfied with your project.
Can you redesign or update an existing design?

Of course! We can refresh or modernise your existing designs while maintaining consistency with your brand identity.
Who owns the copyright to the final designs?

Once the final payment is made, you will have full ownership and copyright of the final designs.
What do you need from me to get started?

We need your project details, including outline, brand colours, examples of designs you like, and any relevant content like text or images.
Do you offer fixed packages or custom projects?
